Dr. Thomas Fulks is the Regional Mental Health Director for Wexford Health Sources and a 2003 graduate of the Forest Institute. Licensed professionals are always needed and welcomed but we are also interested in post-doc psychologists interested in gaining their hours for licensure. Supervision will be provided.
