Description of Job and Duties:
Correct Care Solutions is
currently seeking a Director of Mental Health Services for our youth facility
located outside of Bangor, Maine. This
position has both clinical and administrative duties, and is responsible for
the clinical direction and administrativeoversight for a mental health program that serves both adolescent males
and females. Clinical duties include psychological evaluations, crisis assessments,
sexual behavior treatment, formal group therapy treatment programs, and
supervision of clinical staff; administrative duties include quality assurance
efforts, policy development and revision, program review and training. Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in
Clinical or Counseling Psychology, active licensure in Maine as a Psychologist
(license eligible candidates may also be considered), and possess a strong
professional desire to be part of a proactive clinical team. This is a dynamic position that allows for a
wide range of professional experiences, serving a client population with broad
range of clinical needs and working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team of
professionals.
