What is ClioWeb?
ClioWeb is the new Forest Library Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request system. You can use
ClioWeb to
1) submit ILL requests for
2) track the status of requests
3) view your request history
4) receive delivery of PDF files
Your ClioWeb Account
How to Request Books or Articles
From a library database or 360Link results page, click on the Create ILL Request or Find It @ Forest link.
If you just have a citation, fill out a blank ILL form for the book or article you need.

Login to your
ClioWeb account using your Forest network user name and password
- Click on New Book Request or New Article Request on the left side of the screen.

Your contact information will automatically transfer to the Clio ILL form.

Fill in bibliographic information for your citation as well as explanatory notes if needed.

Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form to send the request to the ILL Department.
How to Manage Your Requests

Login to
ClioWeb using your Forest network user name and password
- To view the status of submitted requests,

To renew an ILL book (or other returnable item) you requested,

Click on View Your Requests on the left side of the screen.

Use the dropdown menu to filter by Items on Loan to You.

Request a renewal for any eligible books at least 3 days ahead of the due date.

Renewals are granted at the discretion of the lending library and are NOT guaranteed.

This is NOT meant for renewing books you requested in SWAN or MOBIUS.

To view all submitted requests,

Click on View Your Requests on the left side of the screen.

Use the dropdown menu to filter by: Your Recent History or Your Complete History

Complete history will only be available since March 2011.
How to Pick Up Articles
Clio Edelivery allows you to retrieve your PDF files for printing or downloading. You will receive an e-mail notification with a link to login to your ClioWeb account to retrieve the file.
Your ClioWeb account will only link to PDFs received after June 1, 2012 even if you can see your past request history.
