Dr. Chris Stout, Forest Graduate, Featured on Cover of APA’s Monitor on Psychology

Dr. Chris Stout on Monitor's CoverDr. Chris Stout, Forest Graduate, was featured on the cover of the December 2007 issue of APA’s Monitor on Psychology in the Humanitarian Heroes issue. Stout is also featured in an article in the same issue titled “International Psychology’s Rock Star”.

 Stout's work bringing health and psychological assistance to children and families around the world has garnered much recognition. He is involved in global health projects, spent time at the United Nations as part of APA’s non-governmental organization, and founded the Center for Global Initiatives in 2004 to train health-care professionals and students to create sustainable programs. He was not only named one of the World Economic Forum's 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow in 2000, but he has “traded international bon mots with international luminaries such as Bono, Al Gore, Tony Blair, both Clintons and Steve Jobs.”
