Tee-It-Up Declared Success
The 5th Annual Tee-It-Up for Mental Health golf tournament benefiting the RJ Murney Clinic’s Community Service Program was held on Saturday, September 13, 2008, at Deer Lake Golf Course. All of the funds raised go to a service scholarship program used by those for whom financial limitations create access barriers to mental health services. The tournament raised 23% more funds this year than last, thanks in large part to the new and returning players, the many donors and sponsors from the community, and the wonderful volunteers from Forest Institute.
Below is the list of tournament prize winners. All players, donors, and volunteers deserve one last “THANK YOU!” Your time and donations make each of you a part of a service program that gives over a half million dollars pr year in services to those in our community who are underinsured or without insurance. Each and every one of you have chosen to support a clinic that is moved by what it gives and not rest solely on what it receives.
